Kendrick Lamar Drops $2 Million On Decked-Out Dream Pad That He’ll Never Live In

KENDRICK LAMAR DROPS $2 MILLION ON DECKED-OUT DREAM PAD THAT HE’LL NEVER LIVE IN

Grammy-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar is making it rain on the real estate market. The hip-hop star has reportedly dropped over $2 million on a California dream home.

Despite the fancy crib, Lamar reportedly has no plans of building a family in it.

The “Humble” rapper just bought the 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom 5,400 square foot pad in Calabasas. Our sources say Kendrick will not live in the home … it’s strictly for investment. Truth be told, entertainers who use their money to buy investment properties almost always score big over time. The pad comes with a pool, giant backyard, double-sided fireplaces and a home gym. Kendrick was repped by Kathy Tyndall of Re/Max Estate Properties in the sale … Jennifer Winchell of Rodeo Realty sold the home. (TMZ)
Last month, a couple of incomplete Kanye West and Kendrick songs leaked online.
“Don’t Jump” and “Liberated” find the Compton lyricist ferociously gnawing away at both tracks. On the latter, Lamar pummels Kanye’s “Father Stretch My Hand Pt. 1” demo with sheer aggression. “I really need confirmation/ Your love is an abomination/ F*cking you is like bombing nations/ Area 51 in the pu$$y,” Lamar raps fervently.
