Glo Slashes Down All Monthly Data Plan Bundles For New Customers And Renewals

The last time we asked the question, why always Glo network, some of you were still wondering why we were calling out Glo in that manner and again Glo has shocked its numerous subscriber by silently reviewing in downward direction the Glo monthly data offer for new customers and existing subscribers who renew their data plans not later than 3 days after the end of their current subscription.

Initially the Glo monthly data plan offer gave new customers and those who renewed their plans a 100% data bonus and thereafter it was reviewed in upward direction where it then gives those categories of customers about 125% data bonus.

But the latest and the heart-breaking news coming from Glo is that all the monthly data bundle offers that Glo customers in those categories were enjoying have been slashed down from the current 125% to a meagre 25% and not even to the earlier 100% data offer.

The new Glo data regime offer now sees new customers and those who will renew their monthly data plans to have a 25% bonus data as can be seen below;

N1000 = 2GB
N2000 = 4.5GB
N2500 = 7.2GB
N3000 = 8.7GB
N4000 = 12.5GB
N5000 = 15.6GB
N8000 = 25GB
N10000 = 32.5GB
N18000 = 62.5GB
N20000 = 78.7GB

It is of the truth that many GSM network customers in the country sees glo as the slowest network in terms of internet connectivity speed, reason why they constantly complain of Glo poor services in many locations, and the only thing that was still keeping those Glo disgruntled customers stick to Glo network was because of the 125% data bonus offer earlier from Glo.

But now that Glo has slashed down monthly data bonus to 25%, there are 2 basic questions we will want to ask.

Firstly is; do you think that there will be massive porting from Glo to other networks and secondly is that is the self-acclaimed grandmasters for data still truly the grandmasters for data?
