Nigerian Female Celebrities Who Are Tomboys (Photos)

Nigerian female celebrities come in different packages. All beautiful in their own unique ways, some are more feminine than others looking all gorgeous in their feminine glory.

There are others who despite being very much female aren’t in tune with their feminine side. While they have no problem with those who are a 100% girly, they are more comfortable in their not-so-girly skins.

These set of women aren’t afraid to be different. They are known as the tomboys of the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Here are five Nigerian female Celebrities who are tomboys.

Nigerian Singer Cynthia Morgan flies the tomboy flag confidently for all to see. From her dressing to her mannerism, she is far from being a Barbie. The singer who also raps portrays a masculine persona in her music videos frequently. With hard core lyrics synonymous with men, the light-skinned beauty says it as it is without trying too hard to be liked. Following the release of her first single, the “Don’t Break My Heart” Singer caught the attention of fans and industry stakeholders

Rapper Weird MC may not be as visible on the scene as she was, but this list would be incomplete without her. The talented rapper who got Nigerians dancing with hits like “Allen Avenue” and “Ijoya” back in the day is every inch a tomboy. She has never been seen in a dress or skirt. If there was a challenge for the most boyish Nigerian female celebrity, Weird MC would come out tops effortlessly

Thriving in an industry believed to be reserved for men isn’t a feat just any lady can attain. DJ Lambo breaks gender stereotypes as she is one of the most successful DJs in the country. With a very visible tomboy look, one can tell from a thousand miles that she isn’t a diva. Wearing her signature boyish haircut, she’s always in baggy P@nts and t-shirts, and can hardly be caught in a dress. When she’s on deck doing her thing, you are most likely to mistake her a boy if you don’t look clearly.

Although Saeon started out with a girly persona looking all $exy in her musical videos, she couldn’t keep up with that for too long. After a while, we saw a new Saeon who was all shades of a tomboy. From her dressing to her mannerisms, it was clear that this black beauty was a true tomboy.

Eva Alordiah is no doubt a beauty to behold, but she isn’t one to get all girly in tight dresses and high heeled shoes. The rapper is more comfortable in her boyish clothes as it gives her the freedom to exhibit her boyish mannerisms. Having established herself as one of the most relevant rappers in the industry, she keeps the audience glued with her music. The singer who was involved in a highly publicised long term engagement is better described as a tomboy than a diva.
